You can place orders with at least one item. With Perink you can print as many items as you need, as many times as needed.
How can I make sure my design is centered and what is the printing area?
When using our design platform, you can place your designs within the limits of the garment’s** printing area, which you can identify using the dotted line. You can guide yourself by using the line in the middle as a reference.
Which payment methods are available on this website?
There are multiple payment options that can be used on our website, which include the use of a debit or credit card (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard).

Also, payments can be made using BBVA Bancomer.
How much will it cost to ship my order?

How can I check my order status?
You can email us and we will answer as soon as possible providing the needed information. Once the product has been shipped, you will be able to track the package in the delivery company’s website using the tracking number.

In Perink, we use the latest technology in digital printing and offer high-quality products at affordable prices, by using Eco-friendly ink and a power saving process to achieve sustainable printing.
When does a product replacement or refund apply?
Product replacements will occur only if the customer receives a damaged or defective* product, as well as a poorly supplied product or with failures attributable to our workers. 
Refunds will not be applicable for mistakes made by customers regarding design, quantity and size selected.
How long do I have to wait in order to express my dissatisfaction regarding the delivery of a mistaken or damaged product?
If customers receive a damaged or defective product, they will qualify for a product replacement, only if the product has not been altered or used in conditions other than those recommended or for which the product was intended. The dissatisfaction can be expressed within the following 15 days after the order’s delivery.
